A week back we featured Melbourne-based startup, Broccol-e-games, and its plans for Asia. Today it has announced that it has reached 10,000 downloads with its Maths with Springbird app, within just a week of launching. It is currently the number one educational iPad app in Australia and New Zealand.
Despite having a focus on the Australian market, the game has been very well received in markets such as United States, China, and Singapore. It took the startup by surprise when the game became popular in Asian markets, especially when it has yet to release the translated version.
