Indonesian game developer Aksara Studio wants to make your Christmas even more merry with its newest game for Nokia’s S40 and Symbian platforms. It’s called Christmas Hunt, and the objective is to help a kid gather Christmas ornaments to be used for his Christmas tree decoration by tapping specific ornaments that appear on the screen.

Christmas Hunt has three levels and players can compete with friends as well. The game is available for Nokia S40 Touch and Type devices, Nokia S40 Full Touch devices, and Symbian Belle OS. You can download it for IDR 3,000 (30 cents) here.

Aksara Studio is known for building the first Indonesian game for Nokia Asha Full Touch devices, Tap Tap Ghost. A representative with the company told us that the game has had a good reception and has been downloaded in several countries like Thailand, Philippines, Russia, and Italy.

The team’s other game, Waroeng Ekspres was honored at Asia’s Top 50 Apps event last year. So it will be interesting to see if this one can continue with the same success. The team is also planning to release an education-based game titled Akademia for the Windows Phone platform in the coming weeks.

Here are the screenshots for Christmas Hunt:
