The Verge is in Las Vegas for CES where it has just spotted two new Android-powered smartphones from the US gadget-maker Vizio. The impressive-looking pair is headed to the Chinese market, but there’s apparently no launch date or price set yet.
Vizio has made “a high-end 5-inch 1080p device and a 4.7-inch 720p device with dual SIM slots” for China. Judging by the homescreens in the apps above, Vizio has had the sense to customize the phones for this difficult market, adding things like a Baidu search app, Autonavi maps app, and the HiMarket third-party app store.
