Proving yet again that China Mobile (NYSE:CHL) is struggling to get decent handsets for its unusual TD-SCDMA 3G network, the huge telco finally has a big-screen phone as a challenger to the popular Samsung Galaxy SIII (and Note II). It’s the Lenovo S868t (pictured) which runs Android 4.0 and has a five-inch screen. No prices yet, but with unimpressive specs – like a dual-core 1.2 GHz processor – it better be cheap.
